Skip served with the U.S. Army from 1981 until 1983.

He was predeceased by his father, George Hubbard and his brothers, George and Dale Hubbard.
Relatives and friends are invited to join his family in celebrating Skip’s life on Sunday, September 4th from 3-6 at E.L. Clonan Post 1000 3454 Oneida St., Chadwicks.
