Dear Family, I want you to know that your father was a wonderful man. He was gifted by God to help others and he did so humbly. I worked with Joe at RCIL. He had a special way of helping others without their knowing it. He gave of his personal time often, going to peoples homes ( the people that attended the social day care program), fixing things in their homes and even painting and helping them move. He did this on his own, without pay. He would help those in need without being asked. He made people laugh even when they were distressed. He brightened their lives.Yes. Joe was gifted. The most important thing in Joes life was his children. They always came first. He loved them more than anything. I know that Joe is ok now. His children should rest assured that he will always be watching over them. You have had a wonderful father. What a gift!
